Setting up Email on a Mac OS X Yosemite

1. With the Mail application open, hover your mouse over Mail in the top left of your screen, and then click 'Preferences'.

2. Click the Accounts tab. It has a blue '@' symbol.

3. Within Accounts, click the plus button in the bottom left.

4. Click 'Add Other Mail Account...' then click Continue.

5Type in your Full Name, Email Address and Password for your Email Address. Then click Create.

6. Then click 'Next'

7. Change the Account Type to POP. Then type '' into the Mail Server text box. Then click 'Next'

8. Click 'Next'

9. Set the Port to '995', check the box to 'Use SSL', and set Authentication to 'Password'. Then click 'Next'.

10. Type '' into the SMTP Server text box. Type your email address into the User Name text box and your Password into the Password text box. Then click 'Create'.
