How to retrieve emails from your Khosys account
If you have a webhosting account with Khoo Systems then you will also be able to retrieve emails @ your domain by using a mail client on your PC or Mac. We recommend that you use either Outlook express on PC or Eudora on a Mac. Please follow the instructions below, if you are experiencing technical difficulties then email support@khoosys.net.

How to setup the Khoosys Webmail facility for your domain
Khoo Systems currently run a web mail facility from our servers taht enables you to retrieve and send emails directly from a web browser. In order to use Webmail you must have the user name and password that was issued to you by Khoo Systems for login purposes. If you cannot remember these details please email support@khoosys.net.

How to FTP files using a PC or a Mac
FTP stands for 'File Transfer Protocol'. FTP is simply transfering a file from your desktop computer to a host computer on the internet or web server. If you have a 4.x or higher version of Netscape or Internet Explorer you can download and upload files by FTP using your web browser.

I am not currently connected to the internet. How do I get on line?
In order to connect to the internet you must first subscribe to an Internet Service Provider (ISP). The ISP that you choose will issue you with a user name, a password and a telephone number that your computer will dial to make a connection to the internet with. Some ISP's offer their services for free and you only pay for the phone calls that you make. Other ISP's charge a small fee each month.
